The field of personal and professional coaching has grown rapidly in the past 15 years and, as with most fields and professions that experience this kind of growth, there are many different perspectives on coaching. Here’s a definition that perhaps most people would agree with.
Coaching involves working in a partnership between coach and client(s) to provide structure, guidance and support for clients to:
- Take a complete look at their current state, including their assumptions and perceptions about their work, themselves and/or others;
- Set relevant and realistic goals for themselves, based on their own nature and needs;
- Take relevant and realistic actions toward reaching their goals; and
- Learn by continuing to reflect on their actions and sharing feedback with others along the way.
Coaching can be especially useful to help individuals, groups and organizations to address complex problems and/or achieve significant goals and to do so in a highly individualized fashion, while learning at the same time. This is when Cadesmee International comes to play; with practical experience and technical ability the team in Cadesmee is here to impact your organisation with integrity.
SHIPPING & LOGISTICS CONSULTANCY
Shipping is an important yet complicated business. Companies and consumers depend on the shipping industry to carry and deliver goods and to maintain trade relations among countries. The high cost of shipping combined with the difficulties of maritime trade creates the need for shipping advice.
This is where Cadesmee International’s role comes to bear. It involves amongst other things, working with clients (individuals, groups, or large companies) and helping them ship their items. While this may sound simple, consultants have to be well versed in laws and regulations regarding goods transportation. These laws can be local, state, provincial or even international, and can be complicated depending upon what is being shipped and where it is being shipped to.
The shipping industry is made up of several different types of businesses that are responsible for moving cargo around the world. One of the last quality control steps in manufacturing is to package the product so that it can be moved long distances without being damaged. A delivery service then takes the product to a transit hub, and the package is sent by cargo vessel, airplane, or locomotive to a storage facility. From there, the product travels to regional warehouses or directly to a retailer to be sold to consumers. Along every step of the way, the shipping industry has to monitor and protect the cargo to ensure it retains its value.
Businesses spend hundreds of millions of dollars every year to have their inventory moved across the world and into retail stores. Since shipping accounts for a considerable portion of the cost to the end consumer, manufacturers are careful to package their products securely so that they can complete the long journey without being damaged.
Cadesmee’s hands-on services and strategic solutions are extensive and customised to meet your every need. OIL AND GAS
Considered being the biggest sector in the world in terms of dollar value, the oil and gas sector is a global powerhouse using hundreds of thousands of workers worldwide and generating hundreds of billions of dollars globally each year. In regions which house the major NOCs, these oil and gas companies are so vital they often contribute a significant amount towards national GDP.
The largest volumes of products of the oil and gas industry are fuel oil and gasoline (petrol). Petroleum is the primary material for a multitude of chemical products, including pharmaceuticals, fertilisers, solvents and plastics. Petroleum is therefore integral to many industries and is of critical importance to many nations as the foundation of their industries.
